thanks guys
ya those are the same 2. one of them is still on the same stock, the other rotted in a very wet month so i re grafted to myrtle (much better now). they are pretty big now too. about 10 cm across and i dont know how tall....maybe 8cm. i just crossed it with a fricii and its giving fruit now....first fruit ever for these 2! i am going t buy some more of this variety from somewhere and see if i can get these bastids going. the one still on the hylocereus is starting to grow wide and narrow if that makes sense. the meristem area is now a rectangle...not sure what its doing....maybe just cause it cant grow much more out?

oh i couldnt see the stock so i thought u had them both rooted on their own... goes to show that the two kohreshii are likely clones if they pollinated easily with something else... but i thought fricii fell under "williamsii" and kohreshii under "diffusa" ...hmmm theres some food for thought

i have heard of diffusa not being able to pollinate williamsii but will. able to pollinate diffusa....i dont know, i am going to try it out. i also pollinated a fricii with these koereshii but nothing has happened. but the fricii did pollinate the koer. just waiting for the fruit to grow, damn slow. i want to explore this more...you care to sacrifice some flowers for the cause (experiment)? lol.
i do really want to root them, i always have...but i just cant bring myself to cut something that is growing so fast....this year they have grown 4+ cm. int he future they will be cut and rooted, and some left of the stock to pup.
if you got any mature or close to koehreshii you want to trade for some other type, let me know

Ain't there some kind of peyote dating network out there? my ovaries are oh so lonely!
edit: i will try breeding them with williamsii pretty soon (the other one). cause its still unclear if fricii is williamsii or diffusa. trout says its not williamsii but didn't give results for diffusa....its on the SAB.
some more flowers will open tomorrow i will try a williamsii on for size.
